Summary: Hotel staff, specifically " Mo" at the front desk, was extremely well spoken, efficient and friendly. Literally the best customer service I have encountered in years. Hotel was also extremely clean, breakfast options were great, room was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed. Price was very good considering what hotels are charging lately. Will stay here again when in columbus area, especially near osu and Clintonville area.
